Is your bedroom large enough to accommodate your bed?
If you are living alone and measure less than 5 feet 5 inches, a single bed will work best for you (38 ou 39 x 75 ou 80). If you are taller, you should select an extra-long single bed (39 x 80) because when you adjust the head of the bed, your body will slide forward a little.
Note: if you like to comfortably turn around on your mattress, we suggest a bed that is slightly larger (minimum 36 inches).
If you might raise the end of the bed often you should select a hard-wearing mattress. Because your weight will be concentrated in the center part of your mattress, it will more easily sag if the mattress is softer.
For more flexibility, we recommend buying a springless mattress which offers more flexibility than other mattresses. When researching a good-quality mattress for your adjustable bed, select one with a high density polyurethane foam or viscoelastic foam, as they offer a wide range of specific features for your adjustable bed.
